Technical data
When visiting this website, technical data is automatically collected by the hosting provider, including IP address, date, time and browser type. This data is required for secure operation.
Protection against automated requests
We use automatic browser checks, single-use form proofs and time-limited request limits. Local protection calculates a technical proof in the browser without recording mouse movements or device fingerprints. Technical sender and email identifiers are hashed with a secret key for these limits. Security counters contain no names, email addresses or message content. Expired limit data is removed during automatic cleanup.
Contact form
When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, optional telephone number, selected subject and message to handle your enquiry. The details are not used for Club Notes without a separate membership.
Basic Membership, digital Club Card and Club Notes
For Basic Membership, we process first and last name, email address, random membership number, selected language and the time of consent. Passwords are stored only as cryptographic hashes. Consent to Club Notes is separate and voluntary. Club Notes are activated only after double opt-in. Unsubscribes and technical suppressions remain stored as suppression records to prevent accidental reactivation.
Event RSVP
For an RSVP we use the name, email address and membership number from the Club account. Gender and mobile number are required. The mobile number is stored in the Club account to prefill future RSVP forms. It is used exclusively for organisational updates, questions and reminders relating to events for which the member has registered – not for advertising or Club Notes. For a maximum of one guest, first name, last name and gender are stored, but no telephone number.
Age check and sessions
Age confirmation is stored locally in the browser for seven days. Technically necessary session cookies are used for signed-in members and administrators. Tracking or analytics cookies are not part of this package.
Newsletter unsubscribe
Every Club Notes edition contains a personal unsubscribe link. After unsubscribing, queued newsletters are stopped and the suppression status remains stored.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Complaints may be submitted to the responsible data protection authority. Please use the contact form to contact us.
